To be eligible for a return with Noradee, the purchased item must be unused and unworn, in its original packaging. Noradee reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that appear damaged or show signs of wear, at our discretion.

Online Order 

Noradee will extend a grace period of up to 48 hours after a web order has been placed, during which time a web order cancellation can be made. After the 48 hours following the placement of a web order, the order will no longer be valid for cancellation and will be processed as ordered.

Domestic 

Domestic clients must contact Noradee via contact@noradee.com within the allotted time period or the return will not be accepted. Our team will respond to your return request within 48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). Please note that a restocking fee applies, details of which can be found above. Fine Jewellery Returns Eligibility 

Our curated and in-stock ring finger sizes range between 6.00-8.00. Any finger sizes outside of that range are considered made-to-order, and are final sale and therefore non-refundable.
